We get it! Sometimes you don’t have time to go through a discovery process and a contract agreement review. Currently, Plexis is not accepting clients who have not however gone through this process. We believe that we would be less effective at servicing your urgent issue as we have no experience with the nuances of your IT. Plexis is also a firm believer of proactive support and are moving away from break-fix support.

We support many companies in all shapes and sizes! However, we find that our value fits right in with business from as little as 5 users, to up to 100 users. We do support clients outside of that scope, so please feel free to contact us about how we can fit your needs.

Our Managed Services Agreement are tailored to everyone’s unique business operation and thus the cost of your agreement may differ from someone else’s. We provide many options to choice from. All options will be billed on a monthly basis, with commitment options between 1-3 years.

Unfortunately, we no longer support walk-ins or consumer technology. Those types of calls are best serviced at companies like BestBuy or Staples. However, if you run a business and are looking for an IT solutions provider, we can help you!
